Sacred Road Trailer to Debut at GDC!

Attendees of GDC 2008 in San Francisco will get an exclusive first-look opportunity to see Sacred Road, the first original animated series produced by Blockade Entertainment for the VoomHD Network. Blockade will debut the trailer of Sacred Road during its panel titled: The Future of Animation is Games, Thursday the 21st at 2:30pm in room 3004 in the West Hall. The panel features Oscar winning Writer/Director Bill Kroyer, who will be discussing the creative process that went in to making the animated series.

Horror and action-adventure fans alike are certain to enjoy this debut, which tells the story of a squad of WWII infantrymen who stumble upon a demonic plan to raise millions of dead WWI soldiers, creating an invincible army of the undead. Sacred Road, has the unique distinction of being the first of its kind to use an existing video game engine and assets as a means of creating and distributing a 3D animated series.
